Aloo Paneer Seekh Kabab

      This is pure vegetarian and can be made healthy too by using very less oil. 


Ingredients:

Potato - 2 
Paneer - 100 gms
Onion - 1
Salt to taste
Oil - 2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Dry mango powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Gram flour - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped - 1/4 cup


Method:

Boil and mash the potatoes. To this add crushed paneer and mix.

Chop onion finely and add to it. Also add coriander.

Now add all other ingredients like garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder, chilli powder, turmeric, salt and mix well.

Roast gram flour till it turns golden. Then add it to the mix. Mix everything well.

Take a satay stick and apply the mixture over it. Bind it well.

Heat a pan and place the sticks on them. Brush little oil over them and roast them golden brown on all sides.

Serve hot with ketchup or pudina chutney...
